For those who live in Melbourne or surrounding states, for many years I've been trying to trace an old school chum by the name of Harry Smith. Harry and his parents migrated to Australia early 1950s. We both attended Stella Maris College in Gzira. In the 80s we briefly got in contact, we then lost contact again. Harry had moved from the address in Melbourne. I will appreciate if someone who might know the whereabouts of Harry Smith will email me please. Harry Smith should be in his early 70s now. Well lots of jelly fish in Malta ,but they were not the kind to bite.They were the size of a 10inc. plate,but not poisonous to humans. We actually saw some one pick one and held it in their hands,but nothing happened.Anyway we did lots of swimming and the water was very warm and beautifull.Wish We could have stayed longer.

I just returned from Malta only two weeks ago.Needless to say I had a wonderfull time visiting my family and enjoying our beautifull Island.I only have one little complain. Every time I took a bus to go somewhere it was very difficult to go up the bus and worst to come down.I noticed alot of people had the same trouble with the buses.Can something be done about this problem.It realy is very dangerous and something is going to happen one of these days.The bus company will have a huge lawsuit on their hands.

My name is Deanne Danno. It is with great sadness that I must say that my Uncle, Joe Lughermo passed away on Tuesday August. 18th 2009. He was 73 years old. He is survived by his first wife Sue Lughermo who passed on and also his second wife Susan Lughermo(Mara) who passed away in Nov. 2007. My Uncle Joe was the best Uncle there is. He is also survived by my mom his sister Mary C. Musselman(Lughermo). Uncle Joe had 2 adopted children Ryan and Bridget. He will be greatly missed. If anyone in Malta knows of a Mary Louise Zammit and her father Raphael Lughermo that would be my Great Uncle Raphael Lughermo which was also Joe Lughermo's Uncle. Please give them my condolences and say a prayer. May Joe Lughermo rest in peace and pray for him.
