July 2010

Newsletter Number 130

When summer is upon us, the only thing on some people’s mind in Malta is how hot the temperatures will get and how high the humidity readings will be. Our online weather service certainly helps me keep in touch with the latest weather reports and forecasts. This also reminds me that GozoWeather.com is about to celebrate its eighth full year online. Both weather site are actually preparing for a major overhaul in the way weather readings and forecasts from Malta & Gozo are presented online. More about this in this newsletter as things start cooling off towards the end of this summer.

Well, to be a little more precise, the temperature actually starts cooling down at this time of the year in the southern hemisphere rather than later. Globalization is so fascinating! It makes that old saying even truer: you can only please some of the people some of the time. Right?
