The number of Internet Cafe's in Malta has remained very low until 2000 when the number increased dramatically, thanks to a major input from some Maltese ISP. The major entertainment and touristic spots now have Internet Cafe's, some are just cafe's with computers, others are fully-fletched computer centres with a bar serving snacks and drinks.
